What are the delivery times?
We ship worldwide with FedEx/TNT, UPS and GLS. The delivery takes:
1-4 days in Europe, 2-3 in USA and Canada,
3-6 days in Asia and Oceania.
For USA, Canada, and most European countries we also have an option to ship with Registered Post, delivered by your local post service. Deliveries usually take:
3-7 days to most European countries,
6-14 days to USA, Canada,
1-3 weeks to Asia and Oceania.
We ship from our studio in Poland and aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days.
Is tracking on shipments available?
Yes, all shipments come with a tracking code.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated based on destination and number and weight of items, starting from €9 (Registered Post) €16 (FedEx) for an iPhone sleeve to European destinations.
In Cart view, select your country to display shipping cost information.
Orders over €200 are shipped for FREE with FedEx/UPS/GLS.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept PayPal and you can use your card with PayPal checkout as well (PayPal account not required).
Our e-commerce software and secure checkout
are provided by Shopify.
Our card payments are processed by Stripe.
Do I have to pay customs fees or tax?
Some countries charge customs duties on imports, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery if you are outside of the EU. Please check with your local customs authorities for details.
What is your return policy?
If, for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Notify us at shop@cocones.com within 15 days of receiving the item, we'll send on the return address details. In case of a return, buyer is responsible for returning the unused item packaged in a way that protects it in transit.
We issue refunds exclusive of the original shipping charges. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer and refunds are issued on reception of returned goods.
EU statutory consumer rights apply for EU customers.
Customized items are non-returnable.
